Changes made to Twine (based on midterm feedback)
- On title slide, explained what the exercise entails, so the user can determine if this exercise is for them in their current state
- if they are more in crisis, the title slide briefly lists resources to use

- Like was discussed during midterm demo, let users talk about the situation first, then break down their anxious thought on the next slide.

- On the anxious thought specification (where they input the thought they will be breaking down throughout the exercise), I put a button that provides examples if needed
- Want to user test this (especially with similar users to before)

- Added more obvious instructions to click to scroll, since it was tripping most users up.

- Added additional support on last slide

Additionally, added some more CSS to improve visuals.

- [ ] make sure to put Visualization (either in an exercise or at the end)
Website updates

- created animations for “Safety Behaviors” and “What It’s Like” sections
